This policy explains what personal information GrowingUpp collects on GrowthKit and how it's used.

What we collect

• Checkout details: your name, email address and mobile number.
• Order records: what you bought, the amount, and payment status and reference from the payment gateway.
• Account details (only if you create an account): email and a securely hashed password.
• Technical data: IP address and download activity, used to prevent fraud and link sharing.

We never see or store your card numbers, UPI PIN or bank login. Those are entered directly on Cashfree's checkout.

How we use it

• To process your order and deliver your downloads.
• To send order, payment and download emails.
• To provide support and prevent abuse.

We don't sell your data. We don't send marketing emails unless you've opted in.

Who we share it with

• Cashfree Payments — to process your payment (name, email, phone and amount).
• Our email and hosting providers — only as needed to run the service.

We use essential cookies only: a session cookie (to remember your checkout and give you access to your downloads) and a security (CSRF) cookie.

Retention and your rights

Order records are kept as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data by emailing support@growingupp.com.
